Whenever your faucets are covered with backsplash from soap and toothpaste. Reach into the cabinet and grab that bottle of hydrogen peroxide. Pour it directly on the faucet and wipe. You won’t believe the miracle that took place in your sight.

3. RUBBING ALCOHOL FOR CLEAN MIRRORS

Keep a bottle of rubbing alcohol close. Use this to dab a sheet of paper towel and swiftly clean the mirror. The rubbing alcohol will remove the smear so fast your mirrors will look as if they were just washed.

4. CLEANING A BURNT POT WITH VINEGAR

My son loves to make banana porridge. In doing so somehow my pots are always getting burnt. He keeps reheating the porridge so the milk and sugar always got burnt, sticking to the bottom of my pots.

When this occurs once I almost threw out my pot thinking it was totaled. Using the same tips I give to my readers. I decided to pour vinegar into the pot and soak it for 48 hours.

Using a ball of steel wool and Dawn dish soap I was able to scrub my poy back to new. Vinegar is just incredible! Steel wool is those tiny balls of steel strips.

They are found in supermarkets in the household soap aisle. Only use steel wool to scrub stainless steel pots as scrubbing painted pots may remove the paint.

I used to soak my pots ever so often. Food got to stick to your pots easily. If you’re like me I don’t like having pot fill with water hanging around in my kitchen.

However, scrubbing burnt food with the wrong scrubber is almost worthless. Using a roll of steel wool when you’re doing the dishes will remove baked-on food and any stickiness from pots and plates fast.

This will save you the trouble of soaking and having to return a few hours later to wash again. Do it with steel wool right there on the spot and be done with the kitchen.

Scented trash bags can be used as a home deodorizer. When they are stored in a specific area or room, that room magically smells amazing. All you need to do is to open the box and leave it there.
